Dan Mather is a screenprinter and poster designer. His is also the sole proprietor at Dan Mather Screenprint. His latest work is, in our opinion, a rather catching interpretation of the classic brevet event in France. Dan sums it all up best and has this to say;
Continuing my love of cycling and poster design, it is with great excitement to present Paris-Brest-Paris. The latest poster from my personal series of cycling
posters like Classics, Echelon, Hors Catégorie and Hard Day’s Night.
Paris-Brest-Paris a quadrennial brevet covering 1,200 klicks across France. Considered the oldest and most prestigious randonée in the world, PBP is a battle of mind, spirit and calves. Celebrating its 18th edition this year, I’ve created a silkscreen poster to pay homage to this audacious journey inspired by the folds of Ordnance Survey maps ubiquitous with randonneuring. Screenprinted by hand by Dan Mather Screenprint in a rich and dusky colourway of metallic bronze and dark blue.
