Giro d’Italia 2013 is almost here…

We are big Tour de France fans here at Headset Press, but we love all the grand tours. Truth be told, the Giro could well be the race of the year, it really looks exciting. There are some awesome stages, stage 15 looking like the beast of them all. I would say there is a stage for everyone this year, but plenty of punishing climbing for everybody. Really looking forward to the early team time trial (TTT). There are three TT’s this year, the TTT and two TT stages, and this could prove as decisive as the the big climbs. Can’t wait to see! Below is a great info graphic video of all the stages which is well worth a watch to give you a better idea of what an epic ordeal the Giro is. Good luck to all the riders.

Cycling videos and coverage usually tend to make use of decidedly European electronic music. That second video has more of a 1980s crime thriller soundtrack.

I don’t know how I feel about this.
