Roubaix 2013

It is upon us again, the beast will be awoken this Sunday – the cobbles will roar! Who will make it into the velodrome and up the podium to kiss the cobble? For Roubaix is the most fickle of them all. The scene was set at Flanders and on Sunday we will see who is the mighty cobble tamer for 2013. Will Spartacus do the double? Has his recent tumbles knocked his confidence or did it rid him of bad luck? Will Sagan be able to keep his hands on his bars and not pull wheelies and lay down the power? Boonen is out, but there are plenty of other riders capable of kissing the cobble. It’s one tough race.
