Velobici Roadwear

Velobici are about to launch a rather nice collection of road cycling apparel. The range is called Roadwear and features some really nice details and fabrics. Even better, is the fact they make it all in the UK, Leicester to be precise, and the place has a long tradition of quality clothing production. I asked Chris [of Velobici] about the Van Abel Jersey & Van Dapper bib shorts and how they would cope in hot weather; “The fabric has a super soft feel. The jersey fabric at 190g/m2 is very lightweight, the bib fabric is slightly heavier at 280g/m2 as it needs to be a little more durable for obvious reasons. The fabric has superb moisture wicking properties and provides excellent protection against UVA and UVB rays”. The range is out on the 17th July, 2012. You can see more on the range here and Velobici here. Hopefully bring you more on Velobici in the future.

I bought the set and they are awful, just doesn’t fit a cyclist… The jersey is saggy around the middle and the shorts are poorly made.

I wouldn’t buy again DHB is much better and 3rd the prices

They do returns if they don’t fit you know? Can’t please all of the body shapes all of the time.

John, I am very surprised to hear you felt the Velobici kit is poor quality.

      What was the outcome?
